Directions
for Preparation and Use:
Intake to be determined by a medical professional
and is dependent on the age, body weight and medical
condition of the patient.
For oral or tube feeding:
Measure the required amount of warm water into
a container that seals with a screw top lid. To completely
dissolve the powder, the water must be at a temperature
of 113-122°F.
Add the prescribed amount of KetoCal to the water.
Cover and shake until the powder has dissolved.
Once prepared, the formula should be stored in
a refrigerator and kept no longer than 24 hours.
KetoCal can be kept at room temperature for a maximum
of 4 hours.
Shake or stir immediately before serving. For oral
feeding, KetoCal is best served chilled.
To obtain the recommended dilution of 4 mL of water
to 1 g of powder, mix the following amounts of water

A gram scale is necessary for proper preparation of formula.
Precaution:
Use only under strict medical supervision. Not for
parenteral use. Not suitable for children under one

Storage:
Store unopened can at room temperature. Once opened,
reseal can and store in a cool, dry place (not in a refrigerator)
and use within one month.
